Tidy up Tynemouth Longsands. Allow young people from different countries to meet. |

Young people who were visiting from Chernobyl in Belarus and young people from North Tyneside spent a day together on Tynemouth Longsands beach. The day involved a litter pick and lots of games and activities including an intercultural football tournament |
| Impact – what is the evidence that you made a difference?
The beach was free from litter.
The young people from North Tyneside got an experience of meeting peers from a different country. They also learnt about the Chernobyl disaster.
