In November last year VODA teamed up with Resource Marketing to deliver a one day community enterprise project called the Bigger Picture. The event coincided with National Enterprise Day and encouraged young people to develop skills and knowledge that will benefit them in future activities. During the event young people worked in teams to complete challenges and earn art materials. These materials were used by the teams to reproduce individual images on canvas. When all the images were put together they made a huge picture of St Mary’s Lighthouse. We’re hoping to organise another Bigger Picture event later this year.
